• Personalisation Details: Customers must ensure that all personalisation details (e.g., names, dates, messages) are correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during submission.
• Proofs: If a proof is provided, production will only begin once the proof is approved by the customer. Delays in approval may impact delivery times.
• Custom Designs: Custom designs are subject to additional fees, which will be communicated before production begins.
3. Payment
• Full payment is required at the time of order. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

4. Production & Turnaround

• Faulty Products: If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the issue.
7. Cancellations
• Orders for non-personalised items may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
• Personalised or custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
